Gear Rarity

Rarity is the classification of the quantity and quality of Gears, divided into Common, Rare, and Extremely Rare. Depending on the rarity of the Gear, the initial attributes of each Gear vary. While Gears appearing-ratio is like its literal meaning, it also has a negative correlation to its attributes and their subsequent powers.
